Jonathan Dolan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and digital inclusion. Currently serving as Senior Director of Research at the Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL) at the United Nations Foundation since January 2022, Jonathan previously held significant roles including Research Lead at Future State and Cybersecurity Policy Fellow at New America. Jonathan's earlier career features consulting positions and leadership roles at USAID, where both Team Lead and Senior Advisor for Digital Inclusion were held, as well as consultancy at the International Finance Corporation. Jonathan began the professional journey as a Senior Program Associate at The SEEP Network. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Bowdoin College.
