Samantha Hunsley

Samantha Hunsley has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Director of People at Digital Infrastructure starting in March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at the same company from May 2022 to March 2023. Prior to Digital Infrastructure, Samantha worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Trelleborg Group from October 2021 to May 2022. Samantha also has experience at British Steel, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Specialist, National HR Advisor, and Regional Lead Employee Relations Specialist from 2016 to 2021. Before British Steel, Samantha worked at Tata Steel as an HR Advisor from 2010 to 2016. Samantha started their career at Spencer Co Ltd as an HR/Strategic Business Development Advisor from 2008 to 2010. Samantha's early work experience includes roles at DFS, where they worked as an HR Assistant and a Weekend Administrator from 2005 to 2008.

Samantha Hunsley completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Hull from 2003 to 2006. Before that, they attended John Leggott College from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued A Level qualifications in Law, English Literature & Language, and History. In addition to their formal education, Samantha Hunsley obtained a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute in August 2016. Samantha also holds additional certifications, including an Advanced Employment Law Diploma and CIPD Level 5, from the CIPD.
