Jason Emerson

Jason Emerson is currently a Business Advisor at Digital Lending Capital. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer at Pico from January 2019 to November 2021. Jason was responsible for the firm's global IT operations, implementation engineering and project management functions supporting Infrastructure, market data, connectivity and cloud solutions. Jason also served as the CFO and enhanced people, process and technology. Jason Emerson has also been the Chief Financial Officer at Dynasty Financial Partners from July 2017 to December 2018. Jason was responsible for Corporate Finance and Outsourced CFO functions for a leading provider of wealth management and technology platforms for independent financial advisory firms. Lastly, Jason Emerson was the Chief Operating Officer at Convergex from October 2015 to June 2017 where they were a member of the Executive Committee responsible for setting firm strategy, managing key initiatives, allocating resources and monitoring progress. As Chief Operating Officer, they managed global Operations, Risk Management and Strategic Planning areas for one of the leading global agency brokerage firms providing trading services in over 100 markets globally and related services to 3,000 clients.

Jason Emerson has a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, as well as Executive Education from Wharton Business School.
