John Patteson

John Patteson has a long history of work experience in various industries. From 2004 to 2019, they have held positions at Goldman Sachs, the Clinton Foundation, Kekst and Company, The Washington Post, Bloomberg LP, Fusion Media Group, Specless, Self Employed, VICE Media, and Hiltzik Strategies. Theirroles have included Summer Analyst, Summer Intern, Associate, Analyst, Web Business Development Manager, Digital Strategy and Business Development, Vice President of Business Operations, Business Consultant, and SVP and General Manager. John has focused on cross-portfolio operational improvement and special projects, new media business development, as well as distribution initiatives for the FUSION cable network, sales marketing and development, monetization and advertising products, and revenue operations for Fusion Digital. John has also developed and implemented strategies and communications programs for complex business situations including transactions, restructurings, crises, executive transitions, and other critical events. Additionally, they launched and co-managed the New Media Initiative, a program to develop the firm\u2019s capabilities in social media and digital communications.

John Patteson attended Princeton Day School from 1993 to 2002, and Nishimachi International School from 1989 to 1993. John then obtained their B.A. in History from Columbia University from 2002 to 2006. In 2010 and 2011, they attended NYU Stern School of Business and IE Business School, respectively, and obtained an MBA in Strategy, Management, Media and Entertainment and International Business.
