Trey Theimer

As DMI’s Chief Growth Officer, Trey Theimer is responsible for achieving the company’s financial objectives through providing superior customer satisfaction levels and increasing win rates by implementing new business development practices, and by pursuing and winning large, needle-moving opportunities.

Trey has amassed more than 20 years of experience in contracting across the federal civilian, defense, intelligence, and state & local markets, she has led both P&L organizations, and teams performing new business capture and sales, pipeline building and corporate integration, restructuring, and acquisition. Prior to DMI, Trey served as Chief Growth Officer at Serco.

Prior to Serco, Trey served as the Vice President of Growth for Peraton’s Civilian and State & Local (CSL) business group where she oversaw the complete business development lifecycle for CSL. During her time with Peraton/Perspecta/HPE, she also served as the Vice President and General Manager for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Segment, and as the Director/Team Lead of Business Development for the National Security accounts.

As the daughter and granddaughter of veterans, each of whom served in the United States Army for over 25 years, she is passionate about the market in which she works. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Business and Behavioral Science, from The Clemson University.
