Muzammil Hussain

Muzammil Hussain is the current Head of Development at a digital marketing agency. Prior to this, Muzammil worked as a Project Manager at NubeCons from January 2016 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for providing inspired leadership company wide, making high-level decisions about policy and strategy, reporting to the board of directors, developing and implementing operational policies and strategic plans, acting as the primary spokesperson for the company, developing the company’s culture and overall company vision, helping with recruiting new staff members when necessary, creating an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale, overseeing the company’s fiscal activity including budgeting, reporting and auditing, working with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer and other executives, assuring all legal and regulatory documents were filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations, working with the executive board to determine values and mission and plan for short and long term goals, identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company, building alliances and partnerships with other organizations, overseeing day-to-day operation of the company, and working closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring.

Muzammil Hussain has a MS in Software Engineering from Superior College and a Master of Computer Science from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
