Mikaela Nikas

Mikaela Nikas possesses extensive experience in the education and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Agent Divisions at Digital Media Solutions Group since April 2019, after advancing through various management roles within the company. Prior to this, Mikaela spent nearly nine years at National University, where responsibilities included strategic recruitment and retention management for online admissions, in addition to various advising roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from National University. Prior experience also includes a managerial position at Cache Clothing.
