Kevin Bateman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, technical support, and sales engineering in the AV and IT industries. Currently serving as the Training and Products Manager at Digital Projection since February 2022, Kevin previously held roles including Senior Pre-Sales Engineer at infiLED® EM International Limited and Technical and Sales Engineering Manager at Maxell Europe Ltd. Kevin's significant tenure at Hitachi Europe included managerial roles in technical and sales engineering as well as technical support. Prior to that, Kevin spent over seven years at Epson Europe B.V. in various support and training roles, enhancing sales and service operations across the Middle East. Kevin started the career as a Senior Field Service Technician at Canon UK and has advanced through various technical and training positions, culminating in comprehensive expertise in product training, technical support, and sales enablement. Kevin holds a CIPD Certificate in Training, Training & Development from Bedfordshire College.
