Michelle Ramos

Michelle Ramos serves as the Director of Strategy and Program Design at Digital Promise, starting in October 2023. Previously, Michelle held multiple roles at GoGuardian, including Strategy and Operations Manager, Director of Partnerships, and Manager of Partnerships, where notable achievements included enhancing due diligence processes for mergers, increasing customer onboarding satisfaction, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at EverFi as Customer Success Manager and Senior Schools Manager, and at Families In Schools, where Michelle executed literacy campaigns and launched a mobile app for parental engagement. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from San Jose State University.
