Tina Reddy (DelVecchio)

Tina Reddy (DelVecchio) has an extensive background in the recruiting industry. Tina is currently the Vice President of Delivery at Digital Prospectors, where they oversee all aspects of recruiting, including training, hiring, best practices/strategy, and leadership development. Prior to Digital Prospectors, Tina served as the Director of Recruiting at the same company. Tina also worked as a Recruiting Manager at Softworld for nearly eight years, where they led a team dedicated to providing outstanding talent to both the commercial and government sectors. Before that, Tina held positions at Eliassen Group, where they were a Recruiting Manager responsible for managing a team and training staff, as well as a Senior Technical Recruiter leading recruiting efforts in the New York/Tri-State region. Tina began their career as a Recruiter at Onsite (Division of Aerotek), where they provided recruitment services for various roles and was responsible for managing 150 contract employees on a daily basis.

Tina Reddy (DelVecchio) began their education in 1994 at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. Tina completed their studies at the institution in 1998. In 1995, Tina also participated in the Disney College Program, although no specific field of study or degree name was mentioned for this experience.
