Coltlee Birkeland

Coltlee Birkeland has extensive experience in leadership and delivery operations within the staffing and executive search industries. At Medix, Coltlee held various senior roles, including Regional Vice President of Delivery for both the Central and South Regions, overseeing operations across multiple key cities. Prior to this, Coltlee was the Director of Recruiting for the Southeast Region at Medix. Earlier in the career, Coltlee worked at The Culver Group, progressing from a Recruiter to Managing Director over nearly a decade, and began a career in sales with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Coltlee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Sports Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
