Elsbeth Bertheux

Elsbeth Bertheux is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial contracting, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Legal Commercial Contracting for EMEA and APAC at Digital Realty since April 2022. Prior to this role, Elsbeth held various positions at Interxion from January 2013 to April 2022, including Director of Legal Commercial Contracting, Senior Legal Counsel, and Legal Counsel. Between February 2008 and September 2012, Elsbeth worked as Legal Counsel at Atlantic Realty Partners, focusing on corporate and commercial contracting. Earlier experience includes a role as Jurist Contractueel Recht at Interpolis from March 2005 to February 2008 and a Junior Consultant position at the Port of Rotterdam for a brief period in 2004. Elsbeth holds degrees in Law, with a specialization in Contract Law, from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where studies were completed in 2008 and 2003.
