Matt Berzak

Matt Berzak is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Management APAC at Digital Realty since April 2016. In this role, Matt is responsible for the profit and loss management of the Asia Pacific data center portfolio, which encompasses 3.5 million square feet across 21 facilities in nine major markets and delivers a total IT load capacity exceeding 250 MW. Matt's prior roles include Director of Asset Management and Senior Asset Manager at MC Digital Realty, as well as Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Colt Technology Services. Academic credentials include an MSc in Real Estate from the College of Estate Management and a BSc in Economics with Geography from Loughborough University.
