Orlando Rodriguez is the current Human Resources Manager at Digital Resource. Prior to this, they were a Social Media Strategist at NexGen Agency from August 2015 to November 2016. There, their responsibilities included content creation, assisting with content strategy and emerging social media initiatives, community engagement, identifying relevant visual trends across social media, monitoring the social media activity of competitors and their audiences, analyzing and optimizing visual media for distribution, assisting with social media marketing reports, and collaborating with the creative team to concept, draft, and publish high-quality, original content that is relevant to individual SM channels and audiences.

Before their time at NexGen Agency, Orlando worked as a Guest Services Teammate IAD / GST Lead at Virgin America from April 2012 to August 2015. Orlando's responsibilities there included proactively creating an initial rapport with Guests and anticipating their needs, performing the full range of Guest service functions including ticketing, Guest check-in and assistance, gate management / boarding announcements, baggage services - lost luggage claim processing and tracking through World Tracer, operations functions, and other Guest related tasks; learning and operating a computerized reservations system; being responsible for driving the Jet-Bridge for Guest loading and unloading; briefing flight crews; distributing flight plans, flight release, fuel slips, and load messages; completing daily reports; and other duties as assigned by manager. After 3 months working at Virgin America, Orlando got an opportunity to be a GST Lead, which included additional responsabilities such as being Relief/Acting Supervisor when needed, making decisions regarding any issues that may arise (irregular operations) when leading the shift, leading team mates at ticket counter and gates, cross-utilization between areas to provide support, and assisting station leadership as needed.

Orlando Rodriguez has a post-graduate degree in Quality and Productivity Management from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo. Orlando also has a business administration degree in business, marketing, quality, and productivity management from the same school. In addition, they have certification from Hootsuite Media Inc. in social marketing and from HubSpot in inbound marketing.

Orlando Rodriguez reports to Shay Berman, President. They work with Nathan Mendenhall - Director, Client Operations, Taylor Stobie - Manager, Business Strategy, and Kaylin Gomez - Social Media Marketing Manager. Letrice Baugh - Human Resources Specialist, Erin Ammon - Administrative Assistant report to Orlando Rodriguez.
