Frederic Fogliaresi

Frederic Fogliaresi has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Frederic currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Digital River, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Success Management EMEA at the same company from 2022 to 2024. Before that, Frederic was the Customer Success Director from 2020 to 2022, where they managed the global relationship with Tier 1 brands and focused on delivering client objectives and driving sales. Frederic also held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at Digital River from 2016 to 2020, where they were responsible for managing the prestigious Lenovo store relationship and leading a European team devoted to growing the client's business. Frederic also has previous experience working at Genworth Financial, Sykes, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and Apple, where they held various technical and support roles.

Frederic Fogliaresi obtained a Brevet d'études professionnelles (BEP) in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Lycée Sainte-Geneviève between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Foundation Diploma in Digital Marketing from The CPD Certification Service in 2015, Six Sigma Green Belt from OTIFAS - Accredited by IAO in 2014, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2014, and Train The Trainer - FETAC Level 6 from FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council) in 2013.
