Nicole Hayes

Nicole Hayes has been working in Human Resources for over eight years. Nicole started their career as a Project Manager for The Training Associates in 2010. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for open positions, negotiating pricing and terms for vendor contracts, and managing the selection process for contractor terms and conditions. Nicole was also responsible for monitoring the budget and financials for the projects they managed. In 2012, 2013, and 2014, they were awarded the Million Dollar Club award for their outstanding work in this role. In 2014, they were also awarded Project Manager of the Year.

In December 2015, Nicole left The Training Associates to become the Human Resources Hiring Manager at Venture Community Services. In this role, they work cooperatively with the Staffing Coordinators and all department directors in recruitment and onboarding. Nicole is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations as they relate to the HR function. Nicole supervises the HR Staffing Coordinator and HR Staffing/Wellness Coordinator.

Nicole is currently People Manager at Digital Science.

Nicole Hayes has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Worcester State University and a Diploma from St. Peter Marian. Nicole is certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
