Philipp Schulze has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to customer experience, digital communication, and marketing.

Philipp currently holds the position of VP Customer Success and Customer Experience at Digital Spine GmbH since July 2021.

Philipp Schulze's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communication and Planning from Universität der Künste Berlin, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In April 2021, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. In March 2021, they became a Certified Organizational Coach (ACTP Level One) from the International Coaching Federation. In October 2018, Philipp obtained the Certified Practitioner of Change Management (ADKAR) certification from Prosci. Philipp also holds the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification from SuccessHACKER, which they obtained in April 2022. In May 2022, Philipp obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, they have the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER, earned in April 2021. Lastly, Philipp achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum.org in November 2017.
