Nils Braun-Dubler

Nils Braun-Dubler serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Theater Basel since February 2024, overseeing operational and strategic management in finance, controlling, IT, catering, risk, and contract management, as well as stakeholder relations. Nils has been a Commissioned Economist at digitalswitzerland since January 2013, focusing on the development of an economic dashboard and media-related presentations. From March 2015 to January 2024, Nils held the position of Chairman & Managing Partner at IWSB - Institut für Wirtschaftsstudien Basel AG, and previously co-founded and managed Econlab LLC until its merger with IWSB in March 2015. Additional experience includes roles as a Project Partner at eduxept AG and Consultant at B,S,S. Economic Consultants. Nils completed an Executive MBA at the University of St.Gallen and holds advanced degrees in Economics and International Relations from the University of Oxford and the University of St.Gallen.
