Carolyn Zaleski

Carolyn Zaleski is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and staffing industries. As the Head of Sales at Digital Trusted Identity Services since September 2022, Carolyn oversees biometric background checking services for over 300 airports and 75 air carriers. Prior to this, Carolyn served as the National Sales Director at Marathon Staffing Group, where the focus was on business development and maximizing recruitment success. Carolyn also owned Express Employment Professionals, providing comprehensive hiring solutions. Career foundations were built during tenures at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as Northeast HIV Sales Manager and Agouron Pharmaceuticals in various roles, where significant sales achievements and speaker development initiatives were realized. Earlier experience includes a successful tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb, achieving notable sales performance in both oncology and immunology.
