Maurine Fanguy

Maurine Fanguy is an experienced leader in federal and security sectors, currently serving as Head of Federal at Thunder since April 2025. Previously, Fanguy held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Digital Trusted Identity Services from October 2024 to April 2025 and was Managing Director at Accenture Federal Services from November 2017 to September 2024, overseeing strategy and operations for several key agencies including Homeland Security. Fanguy's background also includes significant roles at MorphoTrust USA and Morpho Detection, where responsibilities encompassed client executive roles and global strategy. Early career experiences include serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Maritime and Surface Credential at the Transportation Security Administration, and a decade-long tenure at Accenture as a Senior Manager, where strategic program management and client-focused initiatives were central to duties. Fanguy earned a B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech and has educational foundations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.
