Charles White

Charles White has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and technical operations management. Charles is currently working at Digital Turbine as the Director of DevOps, a role they started in July 2022. Before this, Charles held the position of DevOps Manager from April 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Operations Manager from August 2016 to April 2019 and as a DevOps Engineer from September 2014 to August 2016. Charles also has experience in customer support management, having served as a Customer Support Manager from November 2012 to September 2014. In addition, they worked as a Testing and Support Manager at Digital Turbine, where they were responsible for test case design, implementation, and execution, as well as defect documentation for various platforms.

Before joining Digital Turbine, Charles worked at Virgin Mobile Australia as a Network Support and Porting Specialist from October 2007 to August 2009. Prior to that, they gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at TeleTech from March 2006 to October 2007.

Charles White obtained a Diploma in Information Technology (Networking) from TAFE NSW. Charles also completed their HSC at Lisarow High School in 2004, where they studied subjects such as English, Maths, Information Technology, Software Design and Development, and Design & Technology. Additionally, Charles obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in August 2015.
