Jessica Clemmer

Jessica Clemmer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jessica'smost recent position was as an Implementation Consultant at Digital Wave Technology, Inc., starting in October 2020. In this role, they led concurrent implementations, defined business requirements, managed issue resolution, and conducted training.

Prior to that, Jessica worked at JCPenney for a significant portion of their career. From November 2017 to September 2020, they held the position of Senior Enterprise Analytics Manager, where they collaborated with IT and business partners to develop and support reporting systems. Jessica also led the process of decommissioning systems and reduced company reports.

Jessica's other positions at JCPenney included Merchandise Operations Senior Manager / Manager from October 2013 to October 2017, Change Manager from December 2012 to September 2013, and Business Project Manager from April 2011 to November 2012. In these roles, they attended training classes, collaborated with business partners, coordinated testing processes, and provided ongoing support.

Before joining JCPenney, Jessica gained experience at Adecco as an On-Site Manager (Medex Medical) from August 2000 to June 2001, at Abercrombie & Fitch as a Merchandise Allocator from April 1999 to April 2000, and at Payless ShoeSource as a Distributor from January 1998 to May 1999.

Jessica Clemmer attended Texas A&M University from 1993 to 1997, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management.
