Tracy Stajduhar

Tracy Stajduhar's work experience begins in 1991 at Eastern Mountain Sports, where they held various roles including Administrative Assistant in Merchandising, Store Operations Manager, System Administrator for Retail Stores, and Solutions Analyst. Tracy was also responsible for the implementation of a Store System Solution and served as the project lead for the RFP and vendor selection process.

In 2013, Tracy joined Vestis Retail Group, where they worked as an E-commerce Operations Manager, overseeing the daily operations of two B2C websites. Additionally, they worked as an E-commerce Business Analyst, playing a crucial role in launching three E-commerce storefronts on the Demandware platform. Tracy also led the implementation of a company-wide Product Information Management (PIM) system.

From 2015 onwards, Tracy joined Digital Wave Technology, Inc., initially as a Business Analyst and later as a Senior Business Analyst and Implementation Manager. In their role, they managed cloud-based implementations, acted as a liaison between clients and development teams, and was responsible for project planning, addressing functional gaps, and conducting user acceptance testing. Recently, Tracy has served as a Senior Implementation Consultant, working with internal teams and Tier 1 clients to implement PIM/PXC/MDM solutions using AI and Machine Learning technologies. Tracy has also contributed to overall product vision and roadmap development.
