Harri Riihimäki

Harri Riihimäki is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service delivery, procurement, and investment. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and RPA Maintenance Specialist at Digital Workforce Services Plc since February 2022, Harri is also the founder of a venture providing video greetings from Santa in Finnish and English. Previously, roles at Nordea included Process Specialist and Process Officer, focusing on mortgage quality assurance and GDPR compliance.
