Dhayalan Subramanian has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Dhayalan started their career at Primus Analytics as a Team Lead, where they created customized development frameworks and integrated software solutions based on business requirements. Dhayalan then joined Tech Mahindra as a Technical Lead, where they organized system operating procedures and contributed to the development of a technology roadmap. After that, Dhayalan worked at Mindtree as a Technology Lead, providing technical leadership and expertise in Drupal and researching and adopting new technologies. Dhayalan then moved on to Encora Inc., where they held the role of Associate Architect, defining enterprise processes and managing deployment projects, and later became a Technical Manager, liaising between business and technology units and leading project teams. Currently, Dhayalan is associated with DigitalAPICraft as an Associate Director - Product Growth, responsible for identifying market trends and customer needs, executing plans to increase product adoption and revenue, and utilizing data analytics to assess product performance.

Dhayalan Subramanian completed their education with the following qualifications:

- In 2023-2024, they attended the Institute of Product Leadership and obtained an International Certificate in Product Management.

- From 2008 to 2010, they pursued their MBA in International Business at Pondicherry University.

- From 2002 to 2006, they completed their B.Tech from Bharathidasan University in Tiruchirappalli.

In addition to their formal education, Dhayalan Subramanian also holds the Acquia Developer Certification from Acquia, which was obtained in 2016.
