Fraser Grant

Fraser Grant is an experienced professional in customer lifecycle management, currently serving as Associate Director for Optus since February 2019. In this role, Fraser develops and executes customer contact strategies across various initiatives, including SubHub and Smart Spaces, while also focusing on customer onboarding processes. Prior to this, Fraser held multiple roles at TalkTalk and contributed to the launch of successful customer base management strategies. Previous experience includes product management and development roles at Relish Broadband and EDF Energy, among others. Fraser's educational background includes various marketing and management qualifications, including a Marketing Week Mini MBA and a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
