As the Founder and CEO of The Village Doctor since May 2004 and an Associate Clinical Professor in Emergency Medicine at Stanford University since January 1991, Eric L. Weiss combines clinical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, Eric L. Weiss held notable positions such as Medical Director for Canary Foundation's Canary Challenge from 2011 to 2018 and Medical Director of Emergency Medical Services & Stanford Life Flight between 1997 and 2005. Weiss completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Stanford University, a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and a diploma in Tropical Medicine from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
