Ricky Duman, CISSP

Ricky Duman, CISSP, has a wealth of experience in the field of cybersecurity and pre-sales engineering. Ricky is currently serving as the Director of Pre-Sales Engineering at DigitalEra Group, where they provide best-in-class security solutions and manages services to companies and governments across the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Ricky's previous role was as Vice President at SECNAP Network Security, where they played a key role in providing superior security solutions and regulatory compliance assessments. Prior to that, Ricky served as the Vice President of Sales and Engineering at ColoHouse, a leading data center and colocation hosting facility. Ricky also worked at Sprint Nextel and Internap, where they held various technical and sales roles, specializing in M2M solutions, data products, and networking. Ricky's experience spans back to the year 2000, showcasing their extensive knowledge and expertise in the field.

Ricky Duman, CISSP completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, where they attended from 1994 to 2000. Prior to their university education, Ricky Duman attended Christopher Columbus High School. In terms of additional certifications, Ricky obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in February 2023.
