Mohammed Farooq has a wealth of experience in various roles and companies. Mohammed also has experience at IBM, where they held the role of General Manager, overseeing the Hybrid Multi-Cloud Management, AIOps, and FinOps products. Mohammed managed a P&L product business and worked with various teams to align on technology architecture, roadmaps, and business and pricing models.

Additionally, Mohammed was the Chairman and CEO of Gravitant, an IBM company, where they formulated the vision, raised capital, and grew the company before its sale to IBM for over $100M. Mohammed also has experience as a Chief Technology Officer and Chief Digital Officer for the State of Texas, leading major digitization initiatives impacting millions of citizens.

Earlier in their career, Mohammed held roles at CommerceOne and Exterprise Inc., gaining experience in product strategy, sales, and marketing.

Mohammed continued their education at the same university, and in 1995, they began studying for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Corporate Finance and Business Strategy.
