Gerry Nikolova

Gerry Nikolova currently serves as an Administrative HR Specialist at Digital Expert, starting in October 2023. Previously, Gerry held the position of IT Recruitment Specialist at Matrix Eastern Europe from May 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included sourcing qualified candidates for IT roles across multiple countries, conducting pre-screening and interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines in Salesforce and Excel, and collaborating with the recruitment team to align on hiring needs. In addition, Gerry participated in the Euroscola program at the European Parliament in October 2015, engaging in discussions on various topics related to the EU. Gerry holds a Bachelor's degree in English & Creative Writing from Coventry University.
