Hayden Tarr

Hayden Tarr is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in various design roles. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at DigitalOcean since June 2018, with a previous position as Senior Product Designer, Hayden has focused on enhancing the Enterprise Hiring Manager experience and introducing a new category system for the Upwork marketplace. Prior to DigitalOcean, Hayden worked at Upwork from March 2014 to June 2018 as a Senior Product Designer, where significant contributions included redesigning marketplace pages and streamlining the hiring process. Earlier experience includes roles as a UX/UI Designer at oDesk, a Web Designer at heyzap.com, and graphic/web design at Amlaki. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design, where notable recognition included selection by the Society of Illustrators for a student exhibition.
