Miguel Carrera

Miguel Carrera has extensive experience in cloud operations and IT, currently serving as Lead Cloud Operations at DigitalOcean since August 2020, following roles as Senior Cloud Operations Engineer and Cloud Operations Engineer. Prior to DigitalOcean, Miguel worked at Groupon from July 2015 to May 2020, holding positions as Senior SOC Engineer and SOC Engineer. Miguel's career also includes a tenure at IBM from December 2006 to July 2015, where responsibilities included IT Specialist and Senior Unix System Administrator. Miguel holds a degree from CAECE, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and attended Colegio Aleman.
