Selene Lugo

Selene Lugo serves as the Mexico Center Head at DigitalOnUs by Tech Mahindra since April 2021, overseeing Nearshore Operations and Delivery while promoting TechM's capabilities for business growth and customer satisfaction. Previously held positions include Mexico Delivery Head/Practice Lead at DigitalOnUs and Nearshore Operations and Practice Head at Hexaware Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and the growth of various technological capabilities. Selene's career began at Ericsson as Mobile Development Group Manager, followed by roles in competence management and general direction at innovative technology firms. Selene holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo.
