Michelle Stoelting has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michelle is currently the Head of Customer Engagement Management at DigitalRoute, a position they have held since February 2024. Before that, they were the Head of Advisory Services at DigitalRoute from August 2022 to February 2024. Prior to joining DigitalRoute, Michelle worked at Wipro Limited, where they served as the EMEA Practice Director - Wipro Revenue Practice from April 2021 to March 2022, and as the Group QTC Advisory and CoE Manager from November 2019 to April 2021. Before Wipro, they held various roles at iMotions A/S, including Director of Global Sales Operations from April 2019 to October 2019, Manager of Global Sales Operations from June 2018 to April 2019, Billing & Logistics Manager from January 2017 to May 2018, Marketing & Delivery Coordinator from June 2016 to January 2017, and Marketing & Communications Assistant from December 2014 to May 2016. Michelle also gained early experience as a Brand Marketing Intern at FleishmanHillard in July and August 2014.

Michelle Stoelting obtained a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration - Brand and Communication Management from Copenhagen Business School from 2014 to 2016. Michelle also has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their academic degrees, Michelle has obtained several certifications, including the Business Process Management Master (BPMm) from AIIM International in 2023 and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in 2019.
