Sedki Alimam has a diverse work experience in the field of design and branding. Sedki currently serves as the Head of Brand & Design at DigitalRoute since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Appelberg Content Agency from 2018 to 2022 as a Design Lead and Senior AD, where they led and developed the digital and branding offer. Before that, they worked at Panda Creative Studios as a Digital Art Director from 2016 to 2018, managing the creative department and serving clients in the SaaS and digital product industry. Sedki also worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) from 2015 to 2016, where they produced infographics on disease-related topics. Additionally, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Jesuit Refugee Service from 2013 to 2015, overseeing print media production and collaborating with international business partners. Sedki Alimam started their career as a Digital Designer at MakanE from 2012 to 2013 and earlier as a Designer at Dia Agency from 2009 to 2012.
Sedki Alimam earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Visual Communication Design from Aleppo University between 2008 and 2011. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Business Development: Strategic Planning from LinkedIn, Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behaviour from the University of London, and Design Sprint Masterclass Facilitator from AJ&Smart GmbH, with the most recent certification obtained in 2019.
