Katharina Schroeder-Boersch is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and technology. Currently serving as the Head of Family Office and a member of the Shareholder Committee at digitalSTROM AG since January 2017, Schroeder-Boersch has previously led the Wiesbaden region for entrepreneurs and private clients at Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers from 2012 to 2016, with a focus on acquisition. Notably, Schroeder-Boersch was a member of the supervisory board and co-founder at digitalSTROM AG from 2004 to 2011, where key contributions included the development of the digitalSTROM® technology. Earlier, as co-founder and general procurator at ACG AG, a prominent chip brokerage, Schroeder-Boersch played a pivotal role in driving substantial revenue. The career began at Commerzbank AG, where Schroeder-Boersch held the position of Director from 1993 until June 1999. Educationally, Schroeder-Boersch holds a Diplom-Betriebswirtin degree in Banking from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), obtained between 1984 and 1988.
