Nicky Brennan FCA is currently serving as the Head of M&A at DigitalWell. Prior to that, Nicky was a Partner at Avar Capital and held the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Fresh The Good Food Market. With a background in finance and corporate restructuring, Nicky has also worked at Bernard Somers & Associates and PwC Ireland. Nicky's educational qualifications include a BComm from UCD and ACA and DIP in Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency from the Institute Chartered Accountants Ireland.
