Jean-Francois Pirot

Jean-Francois Pirot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, marketing, and finance. Currently serving as the Director of M&A at Lynxeo since June 2025, Pirot spent three decades at Nexans in various leadership roles, including M&A Director, Marketing Vice President for Europe, and Chief Financial Officer for both North America and Asia. Pirot's marketing expertise spans operational and strategic domains across diverse industries, while financial acumen was developed through roles as Financial Controller and Product Line Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Branch Financial Controller at Kering and as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. Pirot holds engineering and economics degrees from CentraleSupélec and an advanced marketing strategy certification from INSEAD.
