Vice President Director User Experience at Digitas Health

Tina Bejian-Binnion has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tina is currently working as the Vice President Director User Experience at Digitas Health, where they are responsible for socializing an atomic modular approach among digital design peers and clients. Tina is working to establish design standards and frameworks based on modern accessibility standards for enterprise pharma clients. Tina has also held the role of Director, Experience Strategy & Design at Digitas Health LifeBrands since 2010. In this role, they were involved in establishing fluid and responsive design frameworks for global corporate sites and pharma enterprises. Tina utilized research skills, design thinking methods, and knowledge of usability best practices to create engaging and practical mobile tools and experiences. Prior to joining Digitas Health, Tina worked as the Sr. Manager of Business Information at MBC, a Digitas Inc. Company, and held various roles at Digitas Health, a Publicis Groupe Company. At the University of Pennsylvania, Tina served as the Assistant Editor of Almanac, where they were responsible for print and online editing, layout, production, and website redesign.

Tina Bejian-Binnion's education history begins in 1992 when they attended the University of Pennsylvania. Tina earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature and specialized in British and Commonwealth literature. During their time at UPENN, they also participated in a study abroad program at King's College London, where they focused on Theatre Literature, History, and Criticism for one semester in 1995.

In addition to their undergraduate education, Tina has obtained several certifications. These include Advanced Design Thinking, Storytelling for Influence, Human Centered Service Design, Unlocking Creativity, Foundations in Design Thinking, From Ideas to Action, and Insights for Innovation. These certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2022 and were obtained from institutions such as IDEO U and Adobe.

Tina's educational journey also includes a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) certification from Human Factors International, although the specific month of attainment is not provided.
