Carlos Arcos is the regional director of business development and digital strategy for LATAM at Digitas. Prior to their current position, they served as the executive director of strategic planning at la comunidad, where they led brand strategic services for all accounts of record, as well as new business.

During their tenure at la comunidad, the agency duplicated its size and revenue during the last three years of their employment. The agency was also selected to AdAge's Agency to Watch list in 2012 and AdAge's A-list in 2013. Arcos was instrumental in leading the agency to win the Sauza and Hornitos tequila accounts (U.S.), as well as the Time Warner Cable account, the largest account in the agency's history.

In addition to their work with clients, Arcos also built and implemented an internal documentation center and knowledge sharing system. Carlos also led an internal workshop for the executive team to define the agency’s mission, vision, and road map to 2023. Arcos was part of the team who received a Cannes Lion for the Converse outdoor campaign in 2013.

Carlos Arcos has a Master's degree in Arts Administration from Drexel University, and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
