Efrain Ruh serves as the Field CTO for Continental Europe at Digitate since November 2018, offering technical leadership and consultancy across the region while promoting Digitate's innovative products, including the ignio™ suite. Efrain's career began at Nokia Siemens Networks and Lucent Technologies, with technical expertise in network performance and engineering. Efrain holds an MSc in Communication and Media Engineering from Offenburg University and a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Bolívar.
