Shashank Rekala is a Technical Support Engineer at Digitral - Innovation Driven since October 2021, specializing in production support and management for applications on Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms, as well as change management through effective administration and execution of Change Requests. Prior experience includes an internship at imimobile (part of Webex) from August 2021 to June 2022, coordinating with developers and clients to implement new requirements and perform unit testing.
