Sara Javed

Sara Javed is an HR Manager at DigiTrends. In 2020, they joined ibex. Pakistan as a Recruitment Officer, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and building candidate pipelines, scheduling and conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Sara also attracted suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media. Additionally, they conducted interviews and sorted through applicants to fill open positions.

Sara Javed attended Iqra University (Official) from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2022, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA at the Institute of Business Management.
