Michelle Wong is a highly experienced customer success professional with a strong track record in building and leading customer-facing teams. Currently serving in a customer-focused role at Digits since July 2024, Michelle previously held mentorship responsibilities at First Round Fast Track and played a pivotal role as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Zeni, achieving an 85% renewal rate and managing a $2.5 million ARR portfolio.
