Sarah Penny Paranka is the Head of Talent & Operations at Digits, where Sarah Penny oversees operations and talent management. Prior to their current role, Sarah Penny worked as an Account Manager at Putnam Recruiting Group, focusing on direct placements in technology sectors. Sarah Penny also held positions at Zeta Global and Sizmek in data-driven solutions. In addition, Sarah founded Journey of Jobs, where Sarah Penny built a network with Fortune 500 companies and learned from successful individuals across the country. Sarah graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and a Business Foundation Certification from the McCombs School of Business.
