Sarah Penny is the Head of Talent at Digits. Sarah has over 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on data-driven solutions. Sarah was previously the Senior Sales Coordinator at Sizmek, where they oversaw the AI data-driven DSP & DMP. Sarah also founded Journey of Jobs, a company that identified opportunities and booked meetings with fortune 500 companies.

Sarah Penny studied communication studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a bachelor's degree. Sarah also completed a business foundation certification at the McCombs School of Business.
