Figen Birinci has over two decades of experience in customer experience and process management, currently serving as a Customer Experience and Process Manager at Digiturk since March 2009. Figen has held various positions within the company, including Senior Manager, Unit Manager, and CRM Specialist. Prior to that, Figen worked at Turkcell Global Bilgi from August 2002 to March 2009 as a Team Leader and Customer Care Specialist. Figen holds a degree from Marmara University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
