Uğur Türel started their work experience in 2003 as a Software Development Engineer at TVGames. Uğur worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined Digiturk as a Project Manager and later worked as the Head of TV Projects Management from 2007 to 2011. Uğur then became the Head of Project Development from 2011 to 2013, followed by the role of Engineering Department Manager from 2013 to 2017.
