Michelle Hale, CSM has extensive work experience in the fields of Business Analysis, Intelligence Analysis, Program Management, Case Analysis, Program Analysis, and Executive Assistant/Office Management. From 2017 to present, they have worked at Dignari, LLC as a Business Analyst and Intelligence Analyst. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Markon Solutions as a Program Management, where they managed a team of three people regarding Records Management, planned, developed, scheduled and conducted weekly meetings with the customer, and performed document control within the file room on a daily basis for all contracts and full solicitations. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Engility Corporation as a Case Analyst and Program Analyst, where they conducted preliminary reviews and analyses of educational institutions' initials, updates and recertification petitions for the Student Exchange & Visitor Program (SEVP) certification and recertification, advised and tracked nonimmigrant students and educational institutions based on State and Federal regulations, and worked on special projects such as deployment of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephonic system and development of scripts for this new system in handling of the call workload. In 2010, they worked at Monumental Sports & Entertainment as a Wizard Girl, where they trained and helped manage new team members on the workflow process, requirements and duties of job, provided support to the NBA organization as a whole by attending a variety of team specific events, and offered a variety of customer-service based support to stakeholders through events such as; games, team specific promotions and community outreach events. Michelle also worked at Consumer Electronics Association as a Temporary Associate and at Edge Funds- Property Management as a Temporary Receptionist. Finally, they worked at Verizon as a Paid Intern, where they staffed the Front Desk, answered and transferred calls, performed shipping and receiving of documents/packages, greeted visitors and directed them to the correct person/place, and performed general clerical work.
Michelle Hale, CSM attended George Mason University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2016, they obtained the ProCore Fundamentals certification, and in 2022 they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
