Richard Queen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Richard is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of DignifiHealth, a platform for value-based care and population health management. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at Lincoln Health and as a Population Health Advisor at Memorial Health System - Ohio. Richard also created and developed IntelliGap software, which helps healthcare providers close gaps in patient care. Richard served as the VP of Data Science at Medical Practice Management Solutions, where they focused on streamlining operations and implementing custom software solutions. Before that, they were the CFO at HIMG (Huntington Internal Medicine Group) and the Director of Finance and Business Intelligence at King's Daughters Medical Center. Richard has also held roles as a Financial Controller at Big Sandy Superstore and as a General Accountant at Vertiv. Their expertise lies in financial management, data analysis, healthcare administration, and software development.

Richard Queen obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Christian Leaders Institute. Richard Queen also holds additional certifications, including the IBM Data Science Specialization and the Applied Data Science Capstone from Coursera. Richard has also completed a course in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from edX. In addition, Richard Queen has a certification as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional from the Healthcare Financial Management Association and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Lean Six Sigma.
