LaToya Young's work experience includes serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital since 2022. Previously, they were the Senior Director of Inpatient Services at OASIS Hospital from 2016 to 2022, where they were responsible for coordinating nursing services, managing daily operations, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Nurse Manager at Kindred Healthcare, overseeing patient care requirements and maintaining nursing staff. LaToya also served as a Hospitalist RN at Sound Physicians from 2014 to 2015, where they engaged and educated the hospitalist provider team in quality improvement initiatives. In addition, they worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center from 2011 to 2015.
LaToya Young has an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Gulf Coast State College. LaToya has also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Science and a Master of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, both from The University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Registered Nurse from the California State Board of Nursing and the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
